Meet Stan Levanduski

Stan Levanduski is currently the President of J-SAW Enterprises, Inc., a consulting organization, providing coaching, mentoring and training for companies in the areas of program & project management and leadership development. 

He has worked in General Management and Program & Project Management over the past 25 years and is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute.  Most of Stan’s work has been associated with high-risk technology development and new product development in aerospace, avionics, telecommunications, IT and wireless data communications systems.  He has held management and executive positions in Project Management, R&D, International Product Development and Marketing/Strategic Business Development for several technology companies and was a co-founder of vCIS Systems, Inc. 

Additionally, Stan is an international speaker, delivering seminars and workshops covering an extensive and diverse range of topics in Program Management and leadership for mid-level and executive management.  The topics of these seminars have included, Business Leadership, Strategic Alignment in Organizations, Leadership in Crisis Situations, Project Planning, Schedule & Cost Control, Risk Management, Statistical Modeling for Cost & Schedule Planning, Project Portfolio Management, Contract Planning and Management and, Assessment & Recovery of Troubled Programs.  Over the past 10 years he has provided training to over 8000 project managers in many well-known and respected global companies. George Washington University in Washington, D. C. and Stanford in Palo Alto, CA accredit many of the programs he presents. 

Stan Levanduski is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University (BSEE), the Naval Postgraduate School (MSEE) and Troy State University (MBA). 

In a former life, Stan spent 13 years on active duty with the US Navy and an additional 9 years in the Naval Reserve, retiring as a Commander.  Stan, his wife Joy, and their two children, Wes and Ashley, live in Paso Robles, CA, part of California’s Central Coast.
