Thanks to everyone who submitted thoughts or questions about new trends in leadership for 2008, where Servant Leadership appeared to be the area of greatest interest.

The top three leadership areas where people had the most concerns or questions were:

• Servant Leadership
• Leadership in a crisis situation, and
• Thought Leadership. 

So, let’s get started with Servant Leadership. I’m going to do a series of blog posts that address questions raised about Servant Leadership (Two examples: What is servant leadership, exactly? Can we initiate a “Servant Leadership” program in a small company?)
